Outside her professional life, Brenda is a busy mother of twins and wife of a U.S. Army veteran. She treasures her visits back to Mexico, where she spends time at her father's farm. She enjoys introducing her daughters to the simple rural way of life, showing them around the farm, the cows, the cornfields, and the apple trees, and teaching them about the natural link between the farm and their food, deepening their appreciation for their heritage and the natural sources of their daily nourishment.

In addition to English, Brenda offers services in Spanish, accommodating a broader client base. She provides weekday appointments. Connect with Mar Y Sol Mental Health Experts today to discover how Brenda can guide you toward optimal mental health and well-being.
