Aura Ardon is a double board‑certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with 19 years of experience helping patients build healthier, more fulfilling lives. She founded Mar Y Sol Mental Health Experts to create a compassionate, evidence‑based space where individuals of all ages can heal, grow, and regain control of their emotional well‑being.

Her path began in Guatemala and continued in the U.S., where she completed her Pre‑Med studies at Marymount College, earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, and trained in adult psychiatry at Cabrini Medical Center/Mount Sinai Hospital and Westchester Medical Center. She completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Yale Child Study Center.
