  • Not always. This depends on your medical needs and which treatment option is appropriate. Your clinician will guide you through next steps safely.  Some people may need to go to detox and rehab first.

  • • Suboxone: A daily medication that reduces cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

    • Sublocade: A monthly injection that provides long‑acting stabilization for opioid use disorder.

    • Vivitrol: A once‑monthly naltrexone injection used for alcohol or opioid use support.

  • Yes. All care at our practice is private and confidential.

  • Therapy is strongly encouraged because emotional healing, trauma work, and supportive skills significantly improve outcomes.

  • No, but we strongly recommend these programs and help you identify local options.

  • Frequency depends on your treatment plan. Some individuals begin with weekly visits, transitioning to every two weeks to monthly follow‑ups as they stabilize.
